Accounts Payable Administrator

Beverage Plastics Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join their finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing data accurately and efficiently, ensuring the preparation of financial management information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process supplier invoices and credit notes in a timely manner, updating financial systems with accounts payable information.
  • Reconcile raw material and receipts with purchase orders, resolving any discrepancies.
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve payment issues or queries, maintaining effective relationships.
  • Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing ones, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Generate and process monthly payment runs, checking and reconciling supplier accounts with statements received.
  • Process transactions for Transport Support Services (TSS).
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a finance administration role, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Excellent IT skills, with experience of MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and numerical understanding, with excellent interpersonal skills.
