At American Express, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Project Manager - Commercial Refresh, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our Financial Crimes Transformation Programme.
As a key member of our Enterprise Anti Money Laundering (AML) team, you'll be responsible for leading the Know Your Business (KYB) Refresh programme for our International Issuing Legal Entity base, including small business and commercial. Your primary focus will be on delivering an effective process to refresh our Legal Entities and their associates, leveraging internal data sources and external data registries.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Forming requirements, translating business expectations into executable work
- Designing and implementing processes and procedures
- Planning and monitoring project implementations against milestones and deliverables
- Managing risks and issues that arise from the project
- Day-to-day management of third parties engaged to support refresh
- Preparing materials for steering committees and other senior leadership updates
