Job Title: Upper KS2 Teacher

We are seeking a confident and experienced Upper KS2 Teacher to join our team at a small village Primary School in South Gloucestershire.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, working with a class of 25 children, and requires a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with the Class Teaching Assistant to deliver engaging lessons and support all children in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality lessons to meet the needs of all children in the classroom.
  • Work in partnership with the Class Teaching Assistant to support children's learning.
  • Have positive behaviour management techniques and build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Hold high expectations of pupils' achievements and have a creative mindset when planning lessons.
  • Support the development of children's skills and knowledge in line with the KS2 curriculum.
