About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Cover Teacher to support Primary Schools in the South Gloucestershire area. As a Cover Teacher, you will work closely with our partner schools to provide high-quality teaching and support to students in KS2 classrooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons to students in years 3 to 6, adapting to meet the needs of all children.
  • Communicate effectively with class teachers and teaching assistants to ensure seamless support for students.
  • Work closely with the class teaching assistant to provide additional support for students with special educational needs.
  • Have a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and be able to differentiate lessons accordingly.
  • Build positive relationships with staff, students, and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Be flexible and able to teach in a range of KS2 classrooms.
