About the Support Worker Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a young male with epilepsy and autism in his own home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all aspects of personal care, including assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence.
  • Assist with the client's fluids and nutritional needs, ensuring their dietary requirements are met.
  • Engage in activities that promote the client's physical and emotional well-being, such as jigsaws, craft, sensory games, and outings.
  • Work collaboratively with the client's existing care team to ensure seamless support and care.
Requirements:
  • Able to work in the UK and provide necessary documentation.
  • Full enhanced DBS.
  • Up-to-date CV.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and experience new things.
  • Willingness to embrace the client's goals and aspirations.
  • Ability to go above and beyond for the client and staff involved in the package.
