Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Space Executive. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of our engineering strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects and services.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Direct and support the evaluation of projects, ensuring they meet our quality and regulatory standards.
  • Hire and train new engineering staff, developing their skills and expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of work carried out by engineering staff and sub-contractors.
  • Manage and delegate engineering escalations within the department.
  • Oversee small works projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure consistency of installation and service delivery across our customer base.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in engineering management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex engineering projects.
  • Ability to work effectively with contractors and suppliers, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, with the ability to ensure compliance.
