We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Register and qualify potential buyers to ensure a smooth sales process
- Book valuations for properties and generate viewings to showcase our listings
- Develop and maintain relationships with buyers and vendors to provide expert advice and guidance
- Negotiate sales between vendors and buyers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Prepare sales brochures and marketing materials to showcase our properties
- At least 1 year's experience as a Sales Negotiator in the estate agency industry
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to build relationships
- High level of motivation and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Competitive salary package with OTE £30,000 - £35,000
- Car allowance £2,500
- 5% commission on individual sales and 2.5% commission on all valuations booked
- Yearly bonus worth £500 - £2500
- Flexible working hours with a 5-day week and regular breaks
- Free parking locally and 21 days holiday plus bank holidays
