We are looking for a reliable and caring individual to work as a Care Assistant in our residential care home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personal and practical care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and respect.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide high-quality care to residents, including personal care, medication management, and mobility support
* Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
* Demonstrate empathy and compassion in your approach to caring for older people
* Self-motivated, resilient, and well-organized, with a commitment to providing service excellence

**Requirements**

* NVQ Level 2 health and social care or equivalent experience
* Ability to communicate effectively and provide emotional and social support
* Commitment to promoting dignity and respect for residents

**About the Role**

As a Care Assistant, you will work on a rota basis, including nights and alternate weekends. You will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check as part of our recruitment process.
