About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Breakfast Supervisor to join our team at Harper's Steakhouse. As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for team work, leading and motivating team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Hold pre-session briefings to ensure the team is fully briefed and trained on new menu items, promotions, and procedures.
  • Assist in implementing and driving promotional activities to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Support and coach team members to upsell and provide excellent customer service.
  • Deal with any issues that arise during each shift promptly and professionally, seeking advice from the General Manager when necessary.
  • Lead by example to ensure the highest possible levels of customer service are delivered by team members at all times.
  • Liaise with other departments, including kitchen and door teams, to ensure a consistent level of service is delivered to every customer.
  • Assist the General and Assistant Managers as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
