Our client, a globally recognized entity in the manufacturing sector, is in search of a seasoned Manufacturing Operations Leader. This role is set within a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities –

In this position, you will be responsible for directly overseeing manufacturing operations to ensure that organizational goals are achieved concerning Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), Quality, Cost, and Delivery.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Surpassing both internal and external customer expectations for On-Time Delivery while ensuring effective production scheduling.
  • Developing and refining manufacturing processes aimed at continuous improvement utilizing methodologies such as Six Sigma and the 5 Whys.
  • Facilitating engagement and clear communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring that teams are meeting their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Supporting project initiatives and other improvement activities throughout the organization to drive success.

Qualifications and Experience –

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting.
  • Leadership qualification (ILM Level 3).
  • Proven track record of achieving KPIs and exceeding On-Time In-Full (OTIF) targets.
  • Strong commitment to employee engagement and fostering excellence among team members.
