We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at ARC Group in Newbury, Berkshire. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of a range of public and private sector customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Liaison: You will be responsible for customer/account level operational and management reporting, issue escalation and resolution with senior customer leads, internal stakeholders and our management team.
  2. Customer Requirements Gathering and Order Fulfilment: You will have the ability to process a high volume of varied customer orders/requirements across a range of customer and contract types, capturing and processing customer requirements for IT, electrical and environmental waste recycling in line with our customer contracts.
  3. Experience: You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in Contracts Management, Commercial Operations or Account Management roles.
  4. Financial Operations: You will have experience of customer and internal finance processes covering pricing to order (vs customer contract), PO, invoicing and query handling/resolution.
  5. SAP: You will have an understanding of basic Financial Accounting modules and financial software/SAS platform.
  6. MS Office Suite: You will be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
  7. Account Management: You will have proven experience in managing and developing new and existing customer accounts.
  8. Time Management: You will have strong time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise workflow/tasks.
  9. Performance Management: You will be results-oriented with the ability to identify, communicate and propose solutions to a wide range of customer issues with senior managers.
  10. IT Skills: You will have good IT skills in Word and Excel, with knowledge of SAP being an advantage.

Working Hours:

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, resulting in 42 hours per week.
