Position Overview: Social Worker / Senior Social Worker - Adult Frailty West Area Team

Current Opportunities:

We have openings for Senior (Level 2) Social Workers in our Lincoln North, Gainsborough, and Hykeham Teams, as well as (Level 1) Social Workers in Lincoln South, Lincoln North, and Hykeham.

Qualifications Required:

Applicants must possess a recognized Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable Social Workers with either several years of post-qualifying experience or at least one year (ASYE completed) of post-qualifying experience, particularly in assessment within a statutory adult social care environment.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and the ability to work collaboratively within a team, sharing knowledge and learning from others.

Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential for managing a diverse and complex caseload.
