About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our software development team at developrec. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction of our software development efforts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to the software development team, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their careers.
  • Software Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software products that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Agile Methodologies: Drive the adoption and implementation of Agile development methodologies, ensuring that our software development processes are efficient and effective.
  • Technical Debt: Identify and prioritize technical debt, working with the team to implement solutions that improve the overall quality and maintainability of our software products.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with other teams and stakeholders, ensuring that our software development efforts are aligned with the overall business strategy.
Requirements
  • Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud technologies, including Azure.
  • CI/CD: Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Agile Environment: Experience working in an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, with a focus on software development and engineering.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience leading and mentoring teams.
