About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our software development team and drive the technical direction of our products. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding a high-performing team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and direction to the software development team, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them grow in their careers.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver software products that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Agile Methodologies: Foster a culture of agility and continuous improvement, ensuring that our development processes are efficient and effective.
  • Technical Debt: Identify and prioritize technical debt, working with the team to resolve issues and improve the overall health of our codebase.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including product and DevOps, to ensure that our software products meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements
  • Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud technologies, including Azure.
  • CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Agile Environment: Experience working in an agile environment, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, with experience in software development and a strong understanding of software engineering principles.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience leading and mentoring teams of software engineers.
