About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Legal & General Resources Limited. As a key member of our Data Operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering data solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Quality: Analyze data from disparate systems, perform data quality assessments, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Data Wrangling and Mappings: Wrangle complex data, create data mappings and transformations, and develop robust and reusable queries and processes.
  • Data Migration and ETL: Develop and manage data migration and ETL processes into a CRM platform, ensuring seamless data integration and validation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and challenges, and advise on solutions to drive business value.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices for data management and data quality, and lead ad hoc analysis and reporting.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Strong experience in Excel, Salesforce technical skills, and experience with MS Dynamics, Alteryx, and API development.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to be calm in the face of changing priorities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Strong preference for CRM experience, ideally Salesforce or Dynamics 365, and some fluency in SQL and Python.
