About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist Manager to join our dynamic team at Prospect Health in Southampton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacy professionals, fostering a positive and cooperative work atmosphere.
  • Supervise daily pharmacy activities, guaranteeing efficient workflows, inventory control, and adherence to regulations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, offer guidance, and cultivate strong patient relationships.
  • Establish and sustain quality assurance procedures to ensure the precision and safety of pharmaceutical services.
  • Ensure pharmacy operations align with all applicable laws, standards, and ethical guidelines.
Package and Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate of £26
  • Monday-Friday working hours (9am-6pm)
  • Preferred Saturday morning work (9am-1pm)
  • Five weeks of annual leave including bank holidays

Requirements
  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory position within a pharmacy environment.
  • Sound understanding of pharmacy operations, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with an emphasis on team development and motivation.
