Inspector of Repairs

We are seeking a skilled Repairs Inspector to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a Repairs Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' contractors and suppliers provide a consistently high-quality repairs service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the management of responsive repairs, kitchen and bathroom referrals, as well as planned and cyclical repairs.
- Conduct post-inspection regimes to ensure that works are carried out to a good standard and take ownership of issues where necessary.
- Manage an audit/oversight regime for repairs, checking contractors comply with H&S obligations and follow our code of conduct.
- Experience of working within the repairs sector, carrying out pre, post-audit, and quality inspections.
