Join Our Team as a Head Pizza Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Pizza Chef to lead our pizzeria team at Franco Manca England. As a Head Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining high health & safety and hygiene standards, leading a team of chefs, and working with a fire oven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of chefs and maintain high health & safety and hygiene standards
  • Work with a fire oven and ensure efficient pizza production
  • Communicate effectively with the Restaurant Manager
  • Develop and implement new pizza recipes and menu items
  • Ensure high-quality pizzas are produced consistently
