Franco Manca, the renowned Neapolitan sourdough pizza restaurant, is seeking a skilled Head Pizza Chef to lead our pizzeria team in a fast-paced and fun environment.

We offer a competitive payrate, guaranteed payments every 2 weeks, and a Tronc Scheme. Our Head Pizza Chefs also enjoy extra bonuses based on internal audits, 48 hours per week, 28 paid holidays, paid overtime, and flexible hours and shifts.

As a Head Pizza Chef, you will:
