About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Learning Support Assistant to join our Early Years department. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support to our classroom teachers, working closely with pupils to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide class-based support to the classroom teachers, working with pupils in our Early Years department
  • Secure knowledge of the early years curriculum and early years phonics are required
  • Work predominantly with individual children with specific special educational needs, but may also be required to work with the whole class or small groups
Requirements
  • Commitment to the vision and values of our Church of England School
  • Commitment to supporting children to learn and achieve
  • Highly motivated with high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour
  • Flexible and adaptable across all age groups, with good English, Mathematics and ICT skills
