Role Overview

As a Business Product Manager at Swift, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our payment market. You will possess a comprehensive understanding of the industry and gain valuable insights into the operations of Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and new market entrants from a business perspective. This role requires collaboration with a cross-functional team that thrives in an autonomous environment, working together to devise innovative solutions and implement them successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members across various departments to gather business requirements and translate them into effective product strategies. Work alongside technical product managers and development teams to represent customer interests throughout the product development lifecycle. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitor activities. Engage with key stakeholders to define the business case for your solutions, including customer value, market segmentation, adoption strategies, and cost analysis. Assist in defining the value proposition, positioning, and pricing of your solutions to maximize adoption and usage within our community. Contribute to product roadmaps and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features based on customer needs and organizational goals. Continuously monitor product performance and gather customer feedback for enhancements. Stay informed about industry advancements and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive positioning. Provide training and support to internal teams and external partners regarding product features and functionalities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Technology. 5+ years of experience in product management within the payment industry, preferably at a PSP. Proven track record in developing and launching successful products in a competitive market. Proficient in gathering and interpreting data to support decision-making processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of individuals. Familiarity with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and industry regulations is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with international teams and managing global products. Certifications in product management or related fields.
