**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Supervisor to join our team at our Thurrock office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of delivery are met for all our customers, while working closely with our Distribution Team Leader.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Deliver Schedules and Utilize Resources Efficiently**: Ensure that all scheduled deliveries are completed in a timely manner, while utilizing resources in the most efficient way possible.
- **Establish and Develop Working Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including customers, drivers, transport managers, sales teams, and third-party contractors.
- **Maximize Customer Service**: Ensure that customer service is maximized, and issues are dealt with promptly and professionally, communicating directly with customers as necessary.
- **Manage Driver Operational Queries**: Manage all driver operational and delivery queries in a timely and professional manner.
**Requirements**
This is a full-time permanent position that offers an excellent salary, company benefits, and career progression opportunities. The successful candidate will be required to work on a shift pattern covering nights and weekends, with weekend working being a requirement for this role.
