About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Associate Recruitment Consultant at HFG Insurance Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and headhunting candidates for clients across the UK, ensuring technical, cultural, and experience fit for roles specialized within the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Candidate Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including market research and candidate market mapping.
  • Candidate Management: Discuss individual candidate needs and provide professional advice on opportunities, review applications, assist with interviews, and create candidate shortlists for clients.
  • Client Management: Brief candidates on roles, pay rates, and timeframes, and organize and prepare candidates for interview as and when requested.
  • Feedback and Communication: Provide feedback to candidates following interviews and maintain open communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a talent for building relationships, enjoy working in a busy, target-driven environment, and be resilient, persistent, and determined to achieve results. You will be an ambitious, outgoing, and confident self-starter with a desire to succeed.
