Role Overview:
You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, selecting, and placing IT professionals across a variety of roles within the insurance industry. Your deep understanding of both IT and insurance will enable you to effectively consult with clients and candidates, ensuring successful placements and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the insurance industry to understand their hiring needs.
- Source and attract top IT talent using various methods (job boards, social media, networking, headhunting, etc.).
- Match candidates with suitable roles in the insurance sector, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial contact to successful placement.
- Provide market insights and recruitment consultancy to both clients and candidates, helping them navigate the evolving IT and insurance landscape.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle (360), including offer negotiation and post-placement support.

- Proven experience in IT recruitment or recruitment consultancy, preferably with a focus on the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for business development and an understanding of the key challenges and opportunities within it.
