Job Title: Management Information Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Management Information Reporting Analyst to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing automated processes to deliver high-quality reports to stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting processes using Power BI and other tools to provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Create and manage internal scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to produce high-quality reports for board meetings and other stakeholders.
  • Design and implement data models to support business decision-making.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on data analysis and reporting best practices to colleagues across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a finance or reporting role, with a strong understanding of financial data and analysis.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query, with experience in building complex data models.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
