Lead the Way in Early Years Education

We are seeking an exceptional Early Years Teacher to lead our team at Webbs Wood Nursery, part of Grandir UK. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our children and promoting excellence in early years practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence and shape the practices in the nursery, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for all children.
  • Support the process of effective assessment, recording, and reporting on progress in children's development and learning.
  • Co-ordinate and implement agreed programmes and interventions on a day-to-day basis.
  • Encourage other practitioners to have high expectations of all children and demonstrate commitment to helping them achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure all staff demonstrate the positive values, attitudes, and behaviour expected from the children.
