Building Surveyor Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Building Surveyor Trainee to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a Building Surveyor Trainee, you will play a key role in collecting asset data, measuring site plans, and ensuring customer deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect asset data, including room data, M&E, Fire data, furniture, suitability, and condition.
- Work with the CAD team to resolve queries and ensure customer deadlines are met.
- Measure simple site plans using existing OS data.
- Travel nationwide for projects and stay away overnight during the week.
- Gain hands-on experience with building surveying and measurement.
- Degree or college background in quantity surveying, building surveying, construction, engineering, and/or design.
- Knowledge of measuring elevations and topographical surveys using a total station is advantageous.
- Experience with AutoCAD is also advantageous.
- Full UK driving license is essential.
