Cummins Mellor Recruitment is seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Surveyor to join our team. As a Trainee Surveyor, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the field of surveying Land & Buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting field surveys using state-of-the-art equipment and technology.
  • Learn and apply surveying techniques to collect and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and precision in all surveying activities.
  • Assist in preparing survey reports and drawings, utilizing industry-standard software and tools.
  • Work closely with experienced surveyors, gaining hands-on experience in various surveying techniques and tools.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with the basics of Building Surveying.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions.
  • Ownership of a vehicle and a valid driving license.
