We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Systems Manager to join our team at PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of technical systems and processes to support our operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
- Design and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
