Production Manager

Baltic Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to lead our production assembly areas and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage production teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with logistics, quality, and engineering departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and control production costs, including labor and materials.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for staff.
- Lead production initiatives and designated projects to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably at a management level.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and ISO 9001-2015 standards.
- IOSH certificate in Health & Safety.
- Degree or HNC/HND in mechanical or process/production engineering, or equivalent.
