Job Title: Enclosing Operator (Night Shift)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Enclosing Operator to join our night shift team at Capita Intelligent Communications. As an Enclosing Operator, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality mailing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain various finishing equipment, including Neopost mailing machines, CMC Mailing machines, and Bowe Fusion mailing machines.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of mailing services.
  • Conduct regular stock takes of consumables and maintain machinery to the required standard.
  • Ensure mailing quality standards are achieved and maintained on the machines.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in a manual working environment, preferably in print management.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • PC literacy is desirable.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow verbal and written instructions.
