Enclosing Machine Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Enclosing Machine operator to join our Mansfield-based production environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing specific runs, setting up machines, and monitoring workflow to ensure quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute specific runs, setting up machines accordingly
- Monitor workflow to assure quality and follow procedures to handle equipment failures
- Determine and implement appropriate action in problem situations, including equipment and infrastructure problems
- Install and maintain commonly changed components, maintaining records of equipment usage, repair history, reliability, etc.
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge of print machinery, specifically Enclosing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team working
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines to deliver an efficient and effective service
