Job Title: Finance & Admin Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our General Manager and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and chase outstanding payments
  • Oversee the organization's payroll system
  • Handle booking inquiries via phone and email
  • Manage and maintain our bookings calendar
  • Assist in managing our monthly club lottery
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and other team members
Requirements:
  • Experience using payroll and accounting software like Sage or QuickBooks
  • Competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work well with others
  • Bookkeeping or accountancy qualifications (desirable)
  • Experience in a sports or leisure environment (desirable)

  • A competitive salary between £24,000 - £28,000 per year
  • A welcoming and supportive team environment
  • Full-time role (37.5 hours per week) on a 1-year fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension
