About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group Ltd. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering accurate payroll processing for a large number of employees, providing high-quality customer-focused payroll services, and collaborating with HR and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver accurate and timely payroll processing for a large number of employees
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and management
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processing
• Manage payroll-related tasks and projects
• Produce financial reports for Finance teams
• Maintain employee self-service accounts
• Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll-related queries
Requirements:
• Experience with processing payroll for a large number of employees
• Full end-to-end payroll processing experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
