We're on a mission to revolutionize the world of fresh pasta, and we need a talented Shift Manager to join our team in Richmond. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless service, fostering a positive environment, and driving exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee restaurant floor and kitchen operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and operational procedures in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
- Lead by example, motivating and guiding your team to deliver outstanding service and culinary experiences.
- Engage warmly with customers, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service.
- Manage shifts, time-off requests, and staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
- Conduct regular food and health & safety checks, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction, staff engagement, and operational efficiency.
