As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless service, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and fostering a positive environment for our customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee restaurant floor and kitchen operations to ensure efficient service and high-quality food.
- Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and operational procedures in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
- Lead by example, motivating and guiding your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Engage with customers, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their needs are met.
- Manage staff schedules, time-off requests, and performance, ensuring the restaurant is fully staffed and ready to roll.
- Conduct regular food and health & safety checks, addressing any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
