We are seeking a dedicated 'Shopper Marketing Executive' to enhance our vibrant HARIBO culture.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our HARIBO Customer Marketing team, where you will significantly influence sales and brand loyalty through the design and execution of marketing strategies that impact consumer behavior at the point of sale.

In this position, you will report directly to Rianne, our esteemed 'Shopper Marketing Manager', while collaborating with a diverse group of HARIBO colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Design, Production, and Commercial Finance. This is your chance to leave a lasting impression and contribute to the delightful world of HARIBO.

Your Contributions:

  • Support our Shopper Marketing Manager in executing the trade activation strategy for the UK and Ireland, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to implement impactful trade marketing initiatives.
  • Equip the HARIBO field sales team with essential tools and point-of-sale materials.
  • Work alongside Sales and Marketing teams to identify and develop trade marketing opportunities across various channels.
  • Provide detailed briefs to the design team regarding artwork needs while maintaining consistent communication throughout the process.
  • Oversee Trade Marketing public relations and press activities, including collaboration with third-party agencies.
  • Manage the design and production of existing in-store display materials and stands.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and stakeholders for the production of point-of-sale materials and sales tools, as well as manage their distribution and evaluation.
  • Maintain the Brandbank catalogue system to ensure that all stakeholders have access to up-to-date product information.
  • Manage HARIBO's presence at trade exhibitions, including the development and upkeep of display stands and equipment.

Essential Qualifications:

Are you currently engaged in the Shopper Marketing or Trade Marketing field and seeking your next challenge? We welcome candidates without specific FMCG experience to apply.

This could be an excellent opportunity for those transitioning from an agency role to a supplier position.

Graduates are also encouraged to apply, especially those in Marketing-related graduate roles looking to enter the confectionery industry.
