An exciting opportunity has emerged for an Office Administrator to join a dynamic team within the export sector. The successful candidate will possess strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with comprehensive training on the proprietary export system provided.
Salary range: £19-24K based on experience.
Key responsibilities for the Office Administrator include:

  • Reconciling delivery notes with Purchase Orders
  • Finalizing supplier delivery notes against the supplier invoicing system
  • Inputting customer orders into Excel spreadsheets for processing
  • Requesting DEFRA certificates
  • Preparing Shipping Documentation
  • Recording invoices in the Invoice Register
  • Performing general administrative duties such as handling phone calls, photocopying, and filing

The ideal candidate for the Office Administrator position will possess:

  • Prior experience in an office environment
  • Proficient skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • The capability to manage multiple tasks effectively

This Office Administrator role is suited for a well-organized, proactive team player eager to develop their skills.
Working hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
