- Menu Planning: Design and develop menus that are both nutritious and appealing, taking into account the dietary requirements and preferences of our residents.
- Culinary Execution: Prepare and cook high-quality meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards.
- Dietary Accommodation: Provide special dietary options for residents with specific needs, including low-sodium, gluten-free, and other individual requirements.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the dining services team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for residents.
- Health and Safety: Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
