Requirements and Qualifications- Business Process Understanding and Solution Design
Extensive experience understanding business process and designing solutions as per business requirements.
Troubleshooting and Complex Issue ManagementAbility to troubleshoot on peripheral integrations and manage complex issues.
EBS Table Structure and Oracle R12 EBS ModulesIn-depth understanding of EBS Table structure and functional knowledge and implementation experience in the following Oracle R12 EBS Modules: Work in Process (WIP), Bill of Materials (BOM), Costing (CST), Inventory (INV), Oracle Warehouse Management including MSCA and Order Management (OM), and Advance Pricing.
Configuration and Solution DevelopmentExperience in solution configuration and creating, designing, and formulating models, diagrams, and documentation using industry standards, tools, version control, and build and test automation to meet business, technical, security, governance, and compliance requirements.
Validation and Quality AssuranceAbility to validate a configuration item change or solution using the Function's defined best practices, including the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards, tools, and metrics, to ensure that it works as designed and meets customer requirements.

A can-do attitude and proven ability to integrate into a team and build relationships with senior leaders, managers, developers, testers, DBA, and other IT stakeholders.
