SAP Finance Expert

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transformation Manager to join our Finance Transformation Advisory practice. As a Manager, you will play a key role in driving the delivery of Finance Transformations forward.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate Trusted Advisor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, business unit, and division heads to drive client value.
- Design and Deliver Large-Scale SAP S/4HANA Transformation Programs: Leverage your SAP Finance expertise to design and deliver large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs in collaboration with Capgemini Invent and the broader Capgemini group.
- Understand Client Needs: Understand current and future client needs in the context of market dynamics and apply insights to recommend short and/or long-term value creation for the client.
- Ensure Quality of Work: Ensure the quality of the work is truly distinctive in its focus on client impact and tangible results.
- Demonstrate Passion for the Business: Demonstrate passion for the business and a constant focus on outstanding performance.
- Business Development: Lead/contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, and client hosting at events.
- Learning & Development: Participate in training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications, etc.
- Proven Ability to Work in a Matrixed Organisation: Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation with experience in selling and delivering Finance solutions, including SAP S/4 HANA.
- Proven SAP S/4 HANA Finance Design and Delivery Experience: Proven SAP S/4 HANA Finance design and delivery experience in lead roles.
- Experience in Working as a Finance Workstream Lead: Experienced in working as a Finance workstream lead.
- Experience of Proposition Building and Delivery: Experience of proposition building and delivery.
- Business Development: Utilise a combination of the organisation's broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships, and your own network to generate and contribute to consulting revenues.
- SAP S/4 HANA Finance Solution Architecture Experience: SAP S/4 HANA Finance Solution Architecture experience in lead roles.
- Extensive SAP Implementation Experience: Extensive SAP implementation experience using SAP business applications and technologies.
