Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee various projects, including marketing automation initiatives, website redevelopment, and support for new product marketing.
- Manage lead generation efforts and content distribution across multiple platforms.
- Effectively multitask, track, and manage projects while prioritizing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Utilize technical skills and attention to detail to communicate effectively and creatively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience in project management or a strong coordination role.
- A minimum of two years in Marketing and/or Advertising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with social media marketing across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with content management systems, particularly WordPress.
- Knowledge of analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
- Understanding of SEO and keyword research techniques.
- Strong skills in copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
- Experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is advantageous.
What You Will Do
- Support senior management by conducting market research and analyzing industry trends and customer behaviors to identify target audiences.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, creating engaging content to attract the desired audience.
- Contribute to social media and content calendars by managing the production of shareable content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and infographics.
- Ensure regular updates to web content, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Track relevant metrics using analytics tools, monitor KPIs, and report on campaign effectiveness to senior management.
- Assist with email marketing, PPC, and social media campaigns.
- Stay informed about social media and marketing trends and best practices.
- Act as the point of contact for internal business units, managing brand communications both internally and externally.
- Oversee vendor management, including liaising with graphic designers.
- Manage budget tracking for marketing initiatives.
