Key Responsibilities
Engage effectively with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary team members to optimize recovery outcomes. Utilize communication skills such as persuasion, motivation, and empathy to facilitate informed consent and address any barriers to effective communication. Maintain precise, thorough, and current professional documentation in accordance with legal, professional, and departmental standards. Conduct detailed assessments of patients, including those with complex health issues, employing investigative and analytical skills, particularly in respiratory evaluation and treatment. Develop personalized management and treatment plans through clinical reasoning and a diverse range of therapeutic techniques. Monitor patient progress, reassess, and modify treatment plans as necessary. Stay informed about National Clinical Guidelines and Frameworks, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices.Ideal Candidate Profile
Holds a Degree (BSc Hons Physiotherapy) or equivalent qualification. Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience, including expertise in respiratory and orthopaedic care. Previous involvement in an adult respiratory on-call rota is preferred.Employee Benefits
