Adecco is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team in a residential care home in Woodbridge. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for undertaking general administration tasks, including compliance-related duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake general administration tasks, including compliance-related duties.
  • Assist with payroll and the Deputy system.
  • Input hours into the system and liaise with the accounts team for payroll purposes.
  • Prepare and type out contracts for residents.
  • Take incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is essential.
  • Familiarity with compliance procedures is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and the Deputy system is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working Pattern and Pay:
  • This is a full-time temporary position, with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • The pay rate for this role is £13.50-£14.50 per hour.
  • There is also the possibility of this role becoming permanent.
