Junior Controls Engineer

We are seeking a talented Junior Controls Engineer to join our team at Automation Experts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and producing control systems for automation equipment from initial concept through to design, manufacture, and final commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop control systems for automation equipment
  • Develop PLC and HMI code
  • Interface with equipment and develop site commissioning plans

Requirements:

  • Graduate Engineer or Apprentice Trained
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and with attention to detail
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Controls & Automation, or Mechatronics
  • Driving license essential

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior or graduate Control Systems Engineer to develop control and automation technology projects. You will be working with a small but developing team, with mentors who have over twenty years of industry experience supporting large-scale robot assembly projects.
