Job Summary:
Danny Sullivan Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our contract management team in the East Sussex area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the delivery of reactive maintenance services, including pothole repair, street lighting, traffic signals, and weed spraying.
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures and policies.
- Monitor and review margins and cash flows to optimize business performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and increase profit margins.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and development.
Requirements:
