Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and innovative bench scientist to join our team focused on the development of Complex In Vitro Models. This role is integral to our mission of enhancing the predictive and translational capabilities of preclinical models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement sophisticated cellular models that integrate immune system components.
  • Conduct cell-based assays alongside imaging techniques to analyze organoids and microphysiological systems, supporting target validation efforts.
  • Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team to ensure the successful achievement of project and departmental goals at the highest scientific standards.
  • Develop protocols, execute laboratory experiments, perform advanced data analysis, interpret results, and compile comprehensive reports to communicate findings clearly.
  • Provide training to laboratory personnel on Complex In Vitro Model technologies as needed.
Essential Qualifications:

We seek candidates with the following qualifications to fulfill our objectives:
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in life sciences, particularly in cellular or molecular biology and/or bioengineering, complemented by substantial laboratory experience and a strong scientific background.
  • Proficiency in complex in vitro models, including organoids and organ-on-chip technologies, with a solid foundation in modeling diseases related to inflammation, immunity, oncology, or dermatology.
  • Experience in culturing immune cells and characterizing their phenotypic and functional properties.
  • Hands-on experience with cellular immunological assays, including flow cytometry, ELISA, and immunofluorescence.
  • Ability to integrate molecular profiling data, encompassing transcriptomic, proteomic, and genomic datasets.
  • A proven ability to communicate effectively with project teams, including the preparation and presentation of reports and posters for both internal and external audiences.
