English Graduate Cover Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic English Graduate to join our team as a Cover Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to gain experience in a secondary school setting.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the behaviour of the class, supervising the work set by the subject teacher, and acting as a role model for the students. You will also have the opportunity to develop productive working relationships with students and demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and health and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in English, previous experience working in a school setting, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to manage challenging behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.

We offer a competitive pay rate of £90-£130 per day, easy travel links to Thame, and a great platform for aspiring teachers. Additionally, we offer School's Direct Teacher Training after 1 year to excellent candidates.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Degree in English.
