Starbucks Shift Supervisor Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and inspire a team at our welcoming Starbucks Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring the team is operating smoothly, and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
