Key Responsibilities:
  • Address CHP service inquiries, breakdowns, and related issues.
  • Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently.
  • Travel to various sites within the assigned region.
  • Effectively troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Maintain precise records utilizing our tailored management system.
  • Adhere to company Health & Safety, environmental, and quality management protocols.
  • Participate in the regional on-call schedule.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who possess:
  • Experience with Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems.
  • Knowledge of industrial gas systems.
  • Capability to conduct and complete risk assessments.
  • Experience in a mobile engineering role is advantageous.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
  • Experience with generators is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Capability to engage with a diverse range of clients across various sectors.
